Gamblers Express, Inc. (referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Gamblers Express,” “us,” “we,” and/or “our”) values you as a customer and works to maintain your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or use a service from https://www.gamblersexpress.com/ (the “Site”). HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Booking Information that we collect generally to fulfill any requests made through the Site (including processing reservation requests, arranging transportation, and providing you with invoices and/or confirmations). Additionally, we use this Booking Information to:

Communicate with you;
Screen our services for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your use of these third-party websites and social media services may result in the collection or sharing of information about you by these third-party websites and social media services. We may also monitor sentiments regarding Gamblers Express, Inc. that you publicly post on social media services or customer review sites. We may reach out to you regarding these postings to address customer service issues and to otherwise help ensure that you have a positive customer experience.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Civil Code 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once per year, information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by Gamblers Express, Inc. to a third party for that third party’s direct marketing purposes. DATA RETENTION

When you make reservation through the Site, we will maintain your Booking Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

SECURITY

We maintain physical, electronic, and organization safeguards that reasonably and appropriately protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Regarding information that you transmit to us through the Site or other online communications, please be aware that no data transmission over the Internet or a wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Gamblers Express does not assume any responsibility for any harm, loss, or damage you may experience or incur as a result of sending personal or confidential information over the internet by or to us.

MINORS

Gamblers Express does not seek to collect personal information about children under 13 through the site. If we learn and have actual knowledge of a child providing information through the Site, we will delete such information as soon as possible. We will honor requests by a parent or guardian to review or delete information about their child. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 21.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
